The Cottage Cafe, opened in May of 2004, is located on the grounds of the Pensacola Victorian in what was originally the carriage house. We offer a variety of freshly prepared sandwiches, wraps, salads, quiches and desserts. From October 1st - March 1st we also offer homemade chili and delicious soups.

How long have you been in business?
We opened the Cottage Cafe in May of 2004.
What is your primary product or service?
We are a cafe, serving lunch from 11 - 2, Monday - Friday.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I have always been in the restaurant business, special event production and public relations businesses, so
this was a natural evolution for my husband, Chuck, and myself.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We are unique in our own way and we do what we do well. We run a comfy, clean, soothing establishment and
we love our guests and feed them well.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have only one location for the bed and breakfast, but next door we have the Cottage Cafe, located in the
old carriage house. The cafe is open Monday - Friday from 11 a.m. - 2 p.m. And we offer awesome food!

We are located at the corner of W. Gregory and Spring Streets, directly across from the Pensacola Public Library.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept, cash, travelers checks, Visa, MC, Discover and American Express.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Chuck and Barbee Major are the owners. Both my husband and I operate the bed and breakfast and the cafe.
What are your hours of operation?
The bed and breakfast is open all the time. Checkin for new arrivals is 3 p.m. or after.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
That they felt welcome, comfortable and at home.
