I have been in business in Pensacola Florida since 1981.
What is your primary product or service?
Our products are all special occasion Invitations, special event PRINTING including digital, thermography, embossed, letterpress and engraved. We offer hand done envelope addressing in calligraphy, envelope printing. We will print on your paper, or our paper. You can get a custom monogram here to printed on all your papers and favors. You can order online or in the studio. Let us help you get your invitations in the mail.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
The owner has a degree in fine art degree, that mean that "Yes" you can get custom art and color on your invitations.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Wow your guest with the most beautiful wedding invitations, addressed in calligraphy. Get your business printing done quickly with online proofing.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
There is one location in Pensacola, no plans to expand.
Provide detailed directions to your location
Going north on DAVIS HIGHWAY you will come to the intersection of DAVIS and OLIVE ROAD, make a LEFT and go toward OLD PALAFOX. You are just a half mile from my shop. Go through the WITMIRE traffic light. Continue till the road looses the turning lane, and then on your RIGHT you will see a 4 x8 foot sign with an ink bottle on it and the words PRINTDELIGHTS.COM Next you will see 1410 on the mail box, and the driveway is next. The address 1410 Olive Road is also on the building, by the front door. This shop is on the north side of the road or the same side as the Olive Baptist Church.

Some local service areas include: Holt, Pace, Milton, Pensacola, Perdido Key, Orange Beach, Jay. Our service area includes out of State we are servicing Mobile Alabama, Washington DC, any military base domestic or overseas, Jacksonville, Tallahassee, National and international service by United States Mail or United Postal Service, UPS.

Our Hours are Tuesday - Friday 10-6 walk - ins are welcome. Monday and Saturday our hours are by appointment.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
This the the compliment give the most often: The brides consistently say "You made this (ordering process) so easy." This seems to be the biggest factor to them, to not have any more stress. Business owners are happy to get great customer service too.
