Pointe South has been in business since 1996.

We provide vacation rentals, rentals by the month, real estate sales, property management, and association management.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Starting out as a real estate agent, helping buyers and sellers realize their needs led to managing properties for others. With a staff of over 30 people, we provide full service property management and real estate services.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We are a locally owned company that provides hands on property management. We give individual care to our properties and consider each owner and property as an asset that needs to be treated professionally and with great care.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have an office in downtown Pensacola and soon to open an office at Pensacola Beach.
